How to Buy

You can place your order over our website and pay via Paypal, a safe and secure payment method using credit or debit cards. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this service. You will receive acknowledgement within 24 hours of placing your order. To pay by cheque, email michellemisra@btinternet.com

Out of stock items

Normally we have stock of all of our products, but occasionally we experience short delays in restocking. If we sell out of an item we will put a temporary 'out of stock' sign on it. Please email us on to find out when it will be back in stock or call on 0787 9816 980. If you accidentally pay for an item which is out of stock we will refund you via Paypal as soon as possible.

Delivery

We will endeavour to despatch orders placed before 11am Monday-Friday the same day provided the goods are in stock. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the next working day. All orders are despatched by Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery. They need to be signed for on receipt. Postage rates are as follows and will be added to your basket when you check out via Paypal: United Kingdom up to £49.99 p+p is £3.99. £50.00 and over p+p is free. Please check with us for international rates before placing your order.

Changing or cancelling an order

Please contact us as soon as possible. An order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been despatched.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your jewellery but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to provide an exchange or refund. Delivery charges are non refundable. Please email us as to where to return the item/items within 14 days of receiving them. We require proof of purchase (Olly M jewellery receipt). Returns must be unused and in a resaleable condition and in their original packaging. Returns must be sent back by Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Olly M Jewellery does not share customer data with any third parties. However, you may receive marketing and promotional materials from time to time from Olly M Jewellery.
